1. Controller Details

The operator of the Pyramid Championship, as the Controller, declares that it fully complies with applicable European Union and national laws during its data processing activities.

2. Rights of the Data Subject

• Right to information (GDPR Art. 13-14): You have the right to receive feedback on whether your personal data is being processed.
• Right of access (GDPR Art. 15): You have the right to access the data collected about you.
• Right to rectification (GDPR Art. 16): Upon request, the Controller must correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay.

In the case of inactive accounts, data may be retained for the period required to fulfill accounting obligations. Deletion requests can be submitted in the profile settings or in writing to the operator.
